Cancellation Policy
*Cancellation Policy If the client cancels the event: * More than 60 days before the event: Client forfeits the deposit. * Less than 60 days before the event: Client is responsible for [50–100]% of the total fee. If the planner cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments (including deposit) will be refunded in full. * Rescheduling If the event is rescheduled, the planner will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date. Additional fees may apply if the planner is unavailable or additional work is required. * Planner Responsibilities The planner agrees to perform services professionally, maintain communication, and manage all agreed-upon tasks. However, the planner is not responsible for: * Vendor performance or product quality * Weather-related or venue issues * Acts of nature or events beyond reasonable control * Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: * Provide accurate event information and updates * Communicate decisions promptly * Make all payments on time * Obtain necessary venue and vendor contracts * Liability The planner is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses during the event. Clients agree to hold the planner harmless for any issues caused by vendors, guests, or third parties. * Photo & Media Release Client grants permission for the planner to use photos or videos of the event for promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.), unless otherwise stated in writing.
